Research Interests
Ben is a researcher in the coastal space, previously undertaking research in Coastal Management approaches relating to planning in the context of uncertainty in the rate and extent of climate change (Dynamic Adaptive Pathway Policies) for their honours, and now Coastal Geomorphology research for their PhD Thesis. Ben’s research interests relate to physical processes in coastal areas, climate change, and the resulting management decisions and approaches which stem from these. Currently, Ben's research is Coastal Geomorphology focused and concerned with exploring the nature of erosion of cohesive clay coasts using novel remote sensing approaches to investigate spatially broad changes along the coast of Victoria, Australia.
